Meet Sherri Sanders… Our New TL18 RLC California Manager

Posted by on February 28, 2014

Ssanders Bio PicHello,  my name is Sherri Sanders.  I have been sewing  as long as I can remember and sewing has always been my passion.  However, quilting is my new passion,  I enthusiastically make quilt tops and love  being  able to finish them on a TinLizzie18 ESP.  I love teaching and sharing my knowledge of quilting,  sewing and embroidery  with others.

In the past, I have worked for major retailers,  independent sewing machine dealers and aerospace manufacturing.  I hold a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.  I author  devotional writings for ZOE LIFE publications.

I am a certified Sulky instructor for 2012 and 2013. That gives me about 35 classes to teach you.  I hold credentials as a Jenny Haskins tutor, in quilting and embellishment.  I am currently working on becoming a  Martha Pullen licensed beginning sewing instructor.

I am so thrilled to be working with the TinLizzie18 team in beautiful Lake Forest, California.  Make sure you stop by and see us at the new location.  I will do my best to provide you with excellent customer service, along with knowledgeable service personnel and excellent educators in the aspects of our wonderful long arm quilting machines and Quilt Magician, as well as our Sitdown model.

I am looking forward to seeing you in the future.

I would love to take a Tin Lizzy class. I have the TinLizzie with the computer. Much I could learn. However, I am not really close to either teaching center. I am going to Houston show this fall and am wondering if TinLizzie will be holding any classes there

    • kelleyn says:

Thanks, Karen! We are still in the planning stages for Houston and we’re looking at all possibilities. In the meantime, please visit our online video library and sign up for Webinars. It’s a great way to learn without having to travel. 🙂

Wow! TinLizzie has a great employee in you. Congrats on your new endeavor. I can’t wait to see what’s in ‘store’ for those of us who will follow you anywhere.

I want to come in and see how that Quilt Magician works. I remember seeing it once and living how easy it was to work. I’m ready for another demo!
