  1. Deborah Thompson says:

Just purchased the Phoenix quilt frame. Everything went well putting it together, but having a hard time getting the 8 wheels on the upper carriage to touch the bottom carriage.
Have done everything the instruction recommends, but still only have 6 wheels touching. Once you attach the Tin Lizzie Apprentice machine to the carriage, the back left inside wheel and the front outside wheel leave the track. Need help!!!

      Hi Deborah,

Getting that top carriage adjusted can be a little tricky (and frustrating). First thing I would do is make sure the screws holding the machine to the top carriage are only finger tight. If they are tightened too tight they will force those wheels outward. Also, make sure the carriage is not crooked. If you look from under the machine the brackets going across should be straight and not askew. Hopefully this will help. Please contact me at 888-784-5818 ext. 650 or email me at if it doesn’t solve your problem.

Can anyone tell me what the depth is that I would need to house the machine? I ave a smaller room and am not sure if it will fit.

    • kelleyn says:

      10′ frame needs 14’x9′

Sorry for the delayed response. Some comments were not appearing.

  6. Debbie says:

During my move I lost all the bolts and screws to put my Phoenix table together. I have had no luck trying to re order them. Thinking of trying Home Depot if anyone can send me the sizes I need to try and replace

    • sabrina says:

  7. Jeanette says:

Where is the web site on how to load quilt on Phoenix frame?

  8. Jeanette says:

Does anyone have good directions how to load a quilt on the Phoenix frame?

  9. Linda says:

I have a handiquilter16. Will phoenix table work?

    • Cameron says:

Unfortunately the HandiQuilter will not work on the Phoenix frame. The carriage of the Phoenix requires a wide based machine whereas the HandiQuilter has narrow base with the wheels built on to the machine itself.

  10. Raya Zweifel says:

Can someone please tell me how the extension table for the 18DLS will attach to the phoenix frame as there is not a solid carraige on the frame.

    • sabrina says:

Raya , Yes the extension Table will attach to the your quilter , When ordering make sure you tell the dealer that you have the phoenix frame.

You too can upgrade, makes life easy helps with quilting too.No more oops , no more separations to bump over its like a new paved and improved road ,Smooth as smoth can be . Glide on the Phonex Frame. Take it for a spin see how smooth and bumpy free quilting can be on the New Phonex Frame by TinLizzie18 .
