Exciting Moves to Benefit our Customers
There have been some important moves within the TinLizzie18 family that are sure to benefit our customers!
Cameron Nelson, TL18 RLC Utah Manager
The TL18 Retail & Learning Center in Utah will now be managed by Cameron. If you’ve had the pleasure of spending time with Cameron, you will know that he is a devoted father of two children and husband of 12 years. He joined TinLizzie18 in 2010 as the VP of Business Development for the Western United States, bringing a family-oriented approach to his development methods. He helps characterize dealer development innovations and hones his long arm quilting business development acumen by intently listening to dealers and understanding their challenges, learning from what works, and acquiring knowledge from all the leading industry experts to develop innovative approaches to dealership development.
Keaton Floyd, Service Manager
Keaton will be taking over the important role of Service Manger, taking care of all service-related issues for our TinLizzie18 customers. In his spare time, Keaton likes to hike and mountain bike, but his favorite hobby is golfing. He’s been golfing for nearly 15 years; it’s a huge part of his life outside of TinLizzie18.
Keaton believes that the most important trait to have in this new position is a positive mental attitude. Nobody wants to deal with someone who is negative or not pleasant over the phone. A smile can be felt through the phone, but so can a frown.
